Background

We operate an Independent Motoring Membership for Private Motorists. Our Senior Management have worked in the Motor Vehicle After Sales sector since 1993. During that time, we have gained valuable experience and insight into this market particularly in the world of vehicle damage . We have built up a network of professional and ethical suppliers which private motorists can now access through our cost effective Membership Scheme.

The Membership is administered by The Onelink Network Ltd whose registered office is at 105 Garstang Road, Preston PR1 1LD. Our Company Number is 09470689.

Our Independence

We are not owned by any national supplier, insurer or garage network. We operate completely independently to ensure our members receive accurate and impartial information. Also, our members can choose to use all or just some of the services available through their membership.

This document provides an overview of the key services covered under your Membership. Full terms and conditions will be available for you to view and download after registering.

Service Providers

All services are provided by The Onelink Network and/or our Supply Partners. All Supply Partners we use carry up to date insurance and accreditation for their particular industry.

Using the Services

You can use any of the services provided by contacting us by telephone, email or via our website form. Additional contact details can be found via your log in details or on our website.

What your Membership covers;

Depending on what Membership you select, you have access to some or all of the following;

  • Independent Information and Guidance
  • Administration and Financial Support
  • Supply of Services 

in relation to;

  • Any type of Vehicle Damage or
  • Vehicle Damage caused by a negligent Third Party otherwise known as Non Fault Accident Services

Overview of the specific services provided under the different levels of Membership

Free Membership

  • This Membership is for clients involved in a non fault accident. Where their vehicle has been damaged by an identifiable and insured third party.
  • This Membership is Free and you can use this service as often as you require.

Services included are;

  • Information and guidance on all the options available to you.
  • Someone to talk with throughout the process.
  • Provision of a replacement hire vehicle whilst your vehicle is off the road being repaired. If your vehicle is a total loss and is unroadworthy following the accident, we can still arrange a replacement hire vehicle. The cost of the hire vehicle will be billed directly to the third party insurer with no outlay required by you.
  • In conjunction with our Non Fault Approved Repair Network, we will arrange the repair to be paid by the third party insurer. This means you will not have to claim on your own policy or outlay your policy excess.

Paid Membership

  • This Membership is for clients involved in any type of vehicle incident.
  • Includes all the Free Membership Services.

Additional services included are;

  • Information and guidance for any type of incident.
  • Access to Legal Assistance following a non fault accident should the driver and or passengers wish to claim for personal injury.
  • Recovery of any uninsured losses you may have. Uninsured losses can be claims for damage to goods within the vehicle or loss of earnings.
  • Financial contributions are payable to you for using some of our supplier services.
  • Discounts on cost of repairs if you wish to pay for damage to your vehicle.
  • Contribution towards your policy excess if you have to outlay this.
  • The cost off this Paid Membership is a one-off fee of £30.00.

Significant Benefits of your Membership are;

  • The Membership is in your name as the Private Motorist.
  • If you change your vehicle your membership will transfer to the new vehicle at no cost to you.
  • You can use your Membership Services as often as you require them.
  • If you have chosen the paid Membership, The Membership Fee is payable for the first year only. All subsequent years are free of charge.

Cancellation Right

If you decide that for any reason that the membership does not meet your needs, you can cancel your Membership within 14 days of start date by informing us by email or in writing. If you have opted for a paid membership, we will refund your membership fee less our administration fee of £5.00. 

We will only refund your Membership if any of the Services have not been used during the first 14 days.
