You have access to a number of services following your accident. Some services you have access to are supplied in conjunction with our suppliers.
The use of the words “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this document refers to both us and/or our suppliers.
The services we provide for you are;
- Access to detailed information relating to the different options available to you following any type of incident.
- Answer any questions you have.
- Provide a point of contact to assist you until your claim is settled.
- Provide on going information and guidance and administration support if required.
The services we can arrange through our Repair Network are;
- Arrange for the recovery of your vehicle if it can’t be driven following the accident.
- Organise an estimate of the damage.
- Send the estimate to the Insurer or whoever is paying for the damage.
- Organise a replacement vehicle whilst your vehicle is in for repair.
- If the accident is not your fault;
- we can organise the repairs to be paid for by the third party insurer.
- you won’t need to make a claim on your own policy.
- we can also provide you with a suitable replacement hire vehicle which will also be paid for by the third party insurer.
- on collection of your repaired vehicle you will have no excess to pay.
Some of the benefits of these services are;
- Someone to talk to after your accident and throughout the process.
- You make the decision on what services you require.
- For non fault accidents;
- No need to claim the cost of repair on your own policy. This means your no claims bonus will remain intact.
- Reduction of outlays as you have no policy excess to pay.
- You will be kept mobile whilst your vehicle is off the road at no cost to you.
