Service Overview
You have access to a number of services if you have damaged your own vehicle. The services you have access to are supplied in conjunction with our suppliers.
The use of the words “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this document refers to both us and/or our suppliers.
Definition of Own Vehicle Damage
- Where you have accidentally damaged your vehicle with no other vehicle(s) involved.
- Where your vehicle has been damaged by a third party but you are unable to identify them.
The Services we can supply are;
- We will provide detailed information relating to the different options available to you following this type of incident.
- Help you collate all the information you need to assist you make a claim from your own insurer.
- Provide a point of contact until the claim is settled.
- If you wish to pay for the damage to your own vehicle without making a claim, we can arrange a discount on the cost of repairs through our repair network.
- We can organise the recovery of your vehicle if it can’t be driven following the accident.
- Have an estimate of the damage carried out by one of our Repair Network.
- The repairer will provide you with a courtesy vehicle whilst your vehicle is being repaired.
- Our Repairer will provide you with a workmanship guarantee for the repairs carried out.
