Yes our service provides information and guidance irrespective of what type of accident you have been involved in.

Absolutely. This is exactly why I have set up the service. To help answer any questions you have.

 

Yes it is your vehicle and you can choose who repairs the damage caused.

We can organise the repairs to your vehicle to be paid for by the third party insurer. This means you will not have to claim the cost of repair on your own policy our outlay your policy excess. And, your no claims bonus will not be affected.

Yes we can provide you with verbal and written guidance if the third party want to pay for the damage.

No you don’t need to go to their repairer. You can choose your own.

We can organise any type of vehicle anywhere in the UK. This includes courtesy vehicles through our repair network and also mainstream cars, prestige models, light commercial vans, 4×4 vehicles, taxis, motor bikes and HGV through rental providers.

All the services we provide are fully underwritten. This means if they fail to pay you don’t have to. To be honest, this never happens as we would establish liability at the start of you claim.

If you are not at fault and your vehicle has been assessed as a total loss and it is unroadworthy we can organise a replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle will be provided until you receive the pre accident value from the third party insurers.
