Access the Incident Management Platform

Here are a number of features that you can access through our partnership with VEHCAM and their Incident Management Platform.

You can set up all your vehicles, depots and drivers onto the incident management platform. If required we can assist you with the set up process.

You can set up users and profiles within the system so that management and key personnel can access the data and view all incidents recorded on the platform.

You can record any road traffic accidents or vehicle damage directly onto the platform including photographic evidence of the damage to your vehicle.

You can also download our mobile application and the driver could record all accident details at the scene. This would immediately upload to the platform and notify key personnel.

When you record vehicle damage, it will let the Onelink Repair Network know allowing us to respond quickly and obtain a repair estimate for you.

VEHCAM was established in 2011 and provides incident management, camera systems and telematics to the commercial vehicle sector. Currently they have over 2,000 vehicles who utilise the VEHCAM technology. Their website is https://vehcam.com/

The design of the software makes it very user friendly. You can easily set up your company details, depots, vehicles and drivers. If an incident occurs, you have the choice of recording the data directly onto the web platform or using the VEHCAM Mobile App. Whichever best suits your needs.

You will have access to different modules. This includes the ‘Reporting an Incident’ Module where you can record all the details of the road traffic accident including what happened, details of other parties involved and upload damage evidence. Once the data is entered, it will generate a PDF that can immediately be sent to anyone that you wish informed. This normally includes, internal key personnel, insurance broker, insurer and any suppliers that need to know.

There is a ‘Lease Vehicle Check’ within the modules you have access to. Throughout the term of the lease you can check for any vehicle damage. This is particularly relevant at the end of the lease term so that any additional charges are kept to a minimum. All checks done throughout the lease term are kept on the platform for you to review as and when required. This incudes photographic evidence. The system also allows us to set the questions within the check system as you require.
